The overall implementation of the Energy Efficiency Directive is the responsibility of the Ministry of Energy. Operating in their respective fields Ministry of the Environment and Ministry of Economy are also involved in the implementation.
State Enterprise Energy Agency administers the Energy Audit system, performs energy savings calculations and oversees the achievement of a cumulative end-use energy savings target as assigned by the Ministry of Energy.
