In Cyprus, the implementation of the Energy Efficiency Directive is the responsibility of the Energy Service of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MECIT).
In order to transpose the Directive in Cyprus, several laws have been amended and secondary legislation has been adopted.
