The legal framework of the Energy Efficiency Directive is organised into Articles. The 2023 EED recast introduced a new article numbering system. This means that:

• Documents and presentations from before 10/10/2023 are tagged using the EED 2018 Article numbering and those uploaded after this date are tagged using the EED 2023 Article numbering.
• Documents and presentations from the 3rd CA EED3 Plenary Meeting (Brussels), are double tagged using the old and the new numbering system.
