The legal framework of the Energy Efficiency Directive is organised into Articles. The 2023 EED recast introduced a new article numbering system. You can find the 2018 articles (pre 2023 recast), the 2023 articles (post 2023 recast) and their associated documents on the pages below.
– Documents and presentations from before 10/10/2023 are tagged using the EED 2018 Article numbering and those uploaded after this date are tagged using the EED 2023 Article numbering.
– Documents and presentations from the 3rd CA EED3 Plenary Meeting (Brussels), are double tagged using the old and the new numbering system.
