During the Concerted Action (CA), work is structured around Expert Areas. These EAs cover the requirements of the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED).
The Expert Areas 2018 include the areas used until the 10/10/2023. The Expert Areas 2023 include those documents related to the new Expert Areas, structured as per the requirements of the EED recast which came into effect on 10/10/2023.
Topics are proposed participating Member States with input from the Management Team and the European Commission. Capacity-building in implementation and convergence will continue to be included as part of all Expert Areas throughout CA EED.
