The NIRs capture the current status and the progress towards the implementation of the Directive in each participating country. Within the National Implementation Reports, each Member State has recorded the progress against the EED Articles, including how they have been transposed into national legislation, as well as giving an overview of the non-legislative measures and programmes they have enacted.
Last year began with hope and promise, and although it ended on a lesser note we remain hopeful for this 2022, when we will sing out the old and bring in the new CA EED3.
